Everything we state as a number is also published machine-readably — with its verification date, source and caveats. Licensed CC BY 4.0: take it and cite us.

A figure on a page is never written in prose; it is substituted from an object carrying its verification date and source. When the law changes, one object is edited, every page updates at once, and an entry appears in the feed. We show the date WE checked, not the date the act was published: readers care how fresh the check is, and swapping one date for the other is the commonest way to look current without being it.

What we do not know
- Of 10 closed neighbourhoods in Antalya, 4 are known by name. The ministry file has not been checked line by line, so for three districts only the count is published.
- Reports that Alanya’s neighbourhoods reopened on 4 June 2026 are not confirmed by a primary source: no act was found in the Official Gazette and the ministry file is dated 31 August 2022.
- We do not yet publish median rents by segment: those require our own sample of contracts rather than a retelling of listings.
