Why we publish no listings
Since 1 January 2025 a property listing in Türkiye cannot be published without authority verification through the state system — including on your own website and social media. We neither work around that rule nor pretend it is absent: specific properties, prices and terms are settled when you contact an agent. The handbook, meanwhile, is fully open and free — it is our work, turned outward.
